Appellant Phylliss Williams, an employee with the United States Post Service, sued the Postmaster General under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. She alleged that she was demoted (1) because of her age, sex, race, and color and (2) in retaliation for engaging in protected activity. The district court granted the Postmaster Generals motion for summary judgment, and Williams appeals. Finding no error, we affirm.
